  1. This is a great topic to explore. As a PR professional, crisis management is one of those aspects you don’t WANT to have to deal with, but when it arises you must…and quickly. This is where social media becomes a powerful crisis management tool–to quickly disseminate information to a large network of people who read and respond almost immediately.
